1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Note: During high demand periods or festive seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and supplier warehouse location.
India (Domestic): 5–14 business days
International Orders: 10–20 business days
Remote Areas: May take 2–3 days longer
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted global and domestic logistics partners, including:
Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post, Ecom Express, DTDC, DHL, and FedEx.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped:
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your package on our “Track Order” page or directly through the courier’s website.
If tracking information doesn’t update immediately, please allow 1–3 business days.
5. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
- HandyCozy is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned due to a wrong address, reshipping fees may apply.
6. Shipping Fees
- We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 (India only).
- For orders below ₹499, a small shipping charge may apply (displayed at checkout).
