1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. (Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.)
• The request is made within 5 days of delivery (which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. ).
• You provide clear photo or video proof of the issue. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind or unwanted items
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Used products or products missing original packaging
• Electric/Electronics products not refund
• Sale or clearance items, gift cards.
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at infohandycozy@gmail.com. within 5 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, proof of issue (photo/video), and a short description.
3. Our team will verify your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Once approved, we will provide you with the return or replacement instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
• Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the supplier confirms damage/defect, a full or partial refund will be processed.
5. Replacements
Instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement for defective or damaged items (based on availability). You’ll be informed about the replacement timeline after your request is verified.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase (before processing). Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
7. International Orders
For international customers:
• Return shipping fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility, except for damaged or wrong items.
• Delivery delays caused by customs or couriers are not refundable.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days:
• Check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company or bank.
